SHAP is also looking forward to collaborations, technical co-operations, exchanges and industry tie-ups with international associations for further development of the shipbuilding and ship repair sector. In its signed declaration earlier this May, the members of SHAP, professed to work together with MARINA and other government agencies towards the realization of a strong maritime industry which provides a shipbuilding and ship repair hub in the Asian region.
